Standard Shipping Costs
Shipments to addresses within the United States:
- Orders of $50.00 or more: Free Ground Shipping
- Orders under $50.00: $5.00 Flat Rate Ground Shipping
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air: $20.00
For faster delivery, we are happy to expedite the processing and shipping of your order.
- To receive your order within 3 business days: $16.00
- To receive your order within 2 business days: $20.00
- To receive your order next day: $30.00

All product returns must have been purchased directly through the kerstinflorian.com website or through our customer service department at 888-537-7846.
If you have purchased Kerstin Florian products at any other authorized reseller (store/online store/spa), please first contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.
How to return your product:
- Call Customer Service at 888-537-7846 for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
An RA# is required in order to process returns and issue credit.
- Please include the packing slip inside the return package.
We recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the return package and seal securely.

Upon receiving your return, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your return credit to be processed.
